Jill Parker leads Customer Operations for Capital One Trade Credit. She joined Capital One in 2020 but she has been leading operations across a variety of industries and verticals for thirty years. She has multinational experience leading call centers and back office operations in the United States, India, and the Philippines. She currently leads a team of over 300 associates working remotely throughout the US.

Jill is passionate about helping associates achieve their full potential and, in her spare time, offers leadership development, executive coaching, career development coaching and public speaking guidance and support to others. Jill and her husband presently live in Camden, ME. They have three grown children and a Minpinchaweenie named Mr. Dobby Parker. In her spare time, she loves to golf and is mildly obsessed with her Peloton bike.
